In this agreement, the party granting the right to use the licensed property, Eromodel Group, will be referred to as ("Licensor"), the party who is receiving the right to use the licensed property will be referred to as ("Licensee"). The following title names shall be referred to as ("Product") in this agreement, and are all the products covered with this agreement. The Licensor agrees to license the following titles to the Licensee:

Licensee agrees to pay to Licensor one-time lifetime fee for this Product(s). Of $______________. The Licensor may (or will) revoke the license if any of the terms or conditions of this license are violated, if Licensee declares bankruptcy, sells or closes the business, obtains a refund of the product or fails to pay. Involuntary revocation of the license does not grant Licensee any refund of the payment made. This license is not transferable, WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE LICENSOR. Any request for transfer of license MUST be accompanied by a duly signed copy of the prior license. All sales are final and no refunds could be given unless Licensor will decide to give a refund. Licensee must provide a complete list of up to ten domains in which material is to be used. This list is to be returned to Licensor along with the license agreement.
The Licensor who owns and distributes the Product, named above. Grants in accordance with this agreement a Non Exclusive license to only show the images on the Internet sites listed below, or from Thumbnail Post Galleries URLs that directly link to the site displaying the Product. This license for the above product, can and will be issued to other companies at Licensor's discretion. This license explicitly excludes any form of publication other than internet publication.
The Licensee does not have the right to resell, rent, lease, transfer, redistribute or re-license the product.
Eromodel Group retains title and ownership of the Product, and gives up no legal rights as part of this agreement. Licensee agrees not to sell or distribute this Product for viewing/publishing via any physical method (such as diskette, CD Rom, paper printing or any other technology not specifically named in this document) without additional written permission and payment of fees. The images shall not be used on any "Lease Gallery sites" for instance where other sites pay a fee to send their members or Free Hosted Galleries or given out as free content to affiliates. Without getting a new license and paying an additional fee to Eromodel Group.
Licensee acknowledges that unauthorized reproduction of copies of the licensed material may constitute a serious crime, and that such actions may also result in a suit for damages, injunctive relief, and attorney fees, pursuant to this agreement and to other rights that the licensor may have. Licensee may not alter the images to make them appear to be the copyrighted property of anyone other Eromodel Group. The Licensee must not publish or reveal the models real name, Identification Documents, address or any factual details regarding their true identity, except to officials of the Justice Department or other law officials as may be legally required under 18U.S.C. 2257 or and other current or future legal/government requirements applicable to the publishing of this/these products. Changing the content of the material (such as morphing or editing another person or object into the photo, or changing the appearance of one that is there) is NOT allowed.
Websites; The Licensee has the right to publish them on up to ten domains/URLs. If you require more contact us.
Thumbnail Gallery Posts; In addition to the 10 named sites you may post up to 20 images at one time on TGPs or AVSs, so long as the promotion site is directly linked to the Licensees site displaying the product. You may post up to 20 video captures and 4 video clips of no more than 30 seconds duration each at one time on TGPs or AVSs, so long as the promotion site is directly linked to the Licensees site displaying the product. Licensees are allowed to use the product on the clients mobile phone system for delivering the product to their clients. Licensees are allowed to purchase product to promote other companies or persons sites on their 10 named sites.
If you are posting galleries to a TGP you may use the content on a different domain from the 10 domains/urls that you submit. But these pages must link directly to your site. If you are buying content to drive traffic to another persons website, you must host that content ONLY on the 10 domains/urls that you submit.
Banner/Webpage design is allowed.
Image resizing and editing is allowed.
Retouching the image to cover sexually sensitive material in "public" areas is allowed.
Adding your URL to the images is allowed. In fact we strongly advise it to deter content theft and dilution of the value of your purchase.
This license will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of it's terms or if a petition of bankruptcy or receivership is filed by or against you, or if you are judged insolvent or if you liquidate/cease the business in any way. No notice will be required from Eromodel Group to effect such termination. Upon termination all rights & licenses granted to you under this license shall terminate effective immediately and you will immediately destroy the copies of images. Eromodel Group has the right to redistribute as they see fit.
The laws of the Country of Canada, in the Province of Quebec or the State of Delaware in the Country of the United States shall govern this agreement at the sole discretion of the Licensor. Licensee holds Eromodel Group harmless for any legal issues related to the distribution of the material as it relates to community standards and adult entertainment laws as set forth in any city/county, state or country of Licensee and their websites. Licensor does not warrant this material to be acceptable in your community, and Licensee assumes full responsibility for determining what images are suitable for distribution. Licensor warrants the images are fully copyrighted, and this license warrants these images free of intellectual property violations only. These images are in compliance with the 18 USC Section 2257 US Federal law, and any inquiries made under this law must be directed to Licensor.
The Licensee will receive a copy of the models IDs. We will reserve the right to redact any contact, "Next of Kin" address, etc. details from the documents. We will redact a portion of the model's surname. Copies of IDs with un-redacted surnames will be provided only upon request, and only to licensees who can prove their identity, or are known to be of good standing.
Daniel Perreault is the custodian of records and keeps the Records Required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated Regulations with respect to the photographs included herein. Publishers certify to all commercial purchasers that the aforesaid materials are in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations. All persons depicted herein were at least 18 years of age at the time of the photography. The necessary authorities or the licensee's solicitor can view said documents during normal business hours at:

Under no circumstances should this information be revealed to anyone other than the appropriate legal authorities, when legally compelled or required to do so. Failure to comply with this will result in the immediate termination of this license and your rights to publish these sets.
